I needed to make use of a substantial amount of vegetables from my last visit to the farmer's market! I debated calling it pasta primavera, but didn't because it also has a pesto inspired sauce, and can be eaten as a cold pasta salad or a hot dish. There is really no recipe for this one - the key is making sure the vegetables are appropriately cooked. I pre-cooked the potatoes, and cooked the zuchini and the beans in the wok. A wok worked perfectly for this recipe since there is alot of volume - although you'll see I did lose one piece of potato - I think it would have been much messier in a skillet.
