I've just had heart surgery and am living my exercise life through you whilst I recover. You have inspired me many times these last months through bouts of depression. No question but just wanted to thank you for being inspirational.

1) Love the Barry White voice at the beginning, 2) Bottled water is one of society's most shameful scourges, 3) QUADZILLA!!!, 4) How would you compare a 30-minute Concept 2 workout? 5) "He's like, one of my best friends and I like to spend time with him." Nice. Hope you spoil him on Father's Day, 6) re: magic: 'My uncle was a magician. He would walk down a street and turn into a bar.' LOL 7) Ms J is starting to look positively Amazonian! (and I mean that in the absolute best way possible.)

This guy is fit. He's got no body fat. He's young, a lot younger than I am. Tonight, and I'm an old fat bastard, I was jaded tired and I took it real easy on my big ass ROGUE bike, 380 calories in 30 minutes, 11.2 miles. I don't think I worked hard but for about 3 minutes. Impressed with what this dude can do but he's got to have more than that. Just got to.

Nice Ritchey! Thanks for making the videos. I've never been interested in Crossfit until I began reading up and watching your videos. Question: How many days per week are you committing to weight lifting, rather than a full crossfit workout? I've just joined my box and they have many different times when you can come in and practice olympic lifts, strong man, mobility...etc. Any recommendations to make sure Im well rounded?

Q: Almost embarrassed to ask, but how do most crosfitters keep their hygiene with multiple training sessions per day? Do you shower and clean yourself after every training session? And if so, how do your skin react? Dry out?

Just came across this. Train in a more aerobic capacity style when you are sore. Helps flush your muscles of toxins and reset your body for you next heavy day. Good luck!

Team Richey wit 💘 from the U.S.A. shout out to the U.K. but yes the Air Dyne for caloric burn and weight loss and stamina is something like no other atleast for me it gasses me out quicker than any other cardio machine and it's funny how a machine so old because the air dyne bike has been in America since the 60s or 70s but it's amazing how a machine so old can produce so much results and caloric burn and funny too everyone in the gym just ignores it and walks on by not me I know it works plus now I get why alot of MMA and Boxing fighters use that machine it's quit amazing

My Q is: what's the one lift/move that you find hardest and how do you motivate yourself to work on that move? (ie. I avoid snatch cause I find it so tricky but that's not going help me improve!!)
