Not sure what you meant by reading the race Dave. Surely it's the job of the faster cars to come barging through no matter what, and the slower cars should get out of the way. 😉 Great racing as always mate. 👍
G'Day mate, I'm new round here (got iRacing 5 days ago!) and I'm enjoying your vids. Almost as much as I'm enjoying Rookies! The killings in there are wild! Liked your LMP3 Road Atlanta vid too, closing speeds there are mad!
I got iRacing 2 weeks ago and yeah the Rookies is lethal. Its the dive bombing that does my head in. Absolutely no race craft or talent. Took me a couple of days to get my D license in MX5 and quite enjoyed getting as much out of that car as I could given the lack of horsepower.

I can't quite put my finger on why I enjoy watching your race videos so much, but they're great! I never understood or got into streaming culture but i feel like this is a nice middle ground. I also hope you're uploading an SFL Ringmeister video.
Ended up in the same split as some of these guys last night with my 2.4ir. Top drivers in split 2 were around 2.3k, so that would have been so much better for me...but the iracing gods put me in top split. What a humbling experience 😂
Hey Dave, Personally I think your thoughts on the last lap squeeze are over generous. I don’t believe making contact with you when you are already as far right as you can be is leaving enough room and that quite easily could have ended in a spin. That was dangerous and unnecessary but thankfully he got away with it. Looking forward to the Legends league subject to be chosen?
jim im noticing an overlap between coming off throttle and applying brakes in this video. ive also noticed same with my own driving. is it a telemetry display thing, an iracing thing orr a git gud thing? not noticed this before, ive changed seating position but i feel this isnt the cause. the overlap meets at about the 10 percent mark.
one question to the Seat. It looks like you are sitting way too upright, as if your head is far away from the headrest. do you use an extra cushion or so? i am thinking about a new seat and the sabelt is in the game for me.
