I have ADHD and have been really struggling breaking my couch lock on weekends during this winter. This helped me to get up today and get the kitchen clean. Thank you!!
Great video. I would love a “music free” “voiceover free” video with just cleaning sounds. I am Autistic and an ADHDer and can’t have the music over it because it causes pain and sensory overload and I need the cleaning noises to feel like the body doubling is working or I get distracted and get pain from the sensory overload and give up.
