Code Geass, Mobile suit Gundam any of them IBO in my opinion, any of the Fate series, Mob psycho, Noragami, Blood the original not C, Elfen Lied, Samurai Champloo, No game No life. Akudama drive, Akame ga Kill Like i get not putting them on the list but no honorable mention is crazy. Also shoutout to black lagoon 2006 i could go on good video as always tho just sad to not see some of my favorites that i felt were influential like claymore, code geass, fate, etc

Mob not being on this list is easily my biggest issue with the video. I kept expecting it to show up even as he was going through the Top 10 I kept expecting it.

Crazy high or crazy low? Bleach is extremely hit or miss. When it's not good, it's really mediocre. However, when it hits, IT HITS. I think 9 is a fair landing spot.

some people don't consider it shounen...but those people are r3tarded they actually think shounen means anything that was published in shounen jump or a shounen magazine.... Everyone has different definition of shounen. If you consider shounen to be anime made just for teens then attack on titan and death note wouldn't even be on the list as it's not a kids or teens show. If you consider shounen to be a genre and not a demographic then there's a lot of anime you could put on the list too like seven deadly sins, fairy tail and stuff like that. To me shounen is basically a combination of all 3 it's a demographic, it's a genre and it's also what they publish in the shounen magazines. It doesn't have to be in a shounen magazine to be a shounen in my opinion. People that think shounen isn't a genre, that's cap we know there's a tonne of shounen troupes and things that define the shounen formula all these shounen anime have things in common which make them a genre the formula is set in stone. A demographic is more for an age of people where as genre is like a style...shounen is definitely a style and genre

Literally on it now and after reading the manga and starting season 2 I agree that it shouldn’t be here. I watched one episode of season 2 and that was it I honestly haven’t seen it I just decided I’d stick to what the manga already gave me. I’m satisfied.

​@@BlackReaper370 My hope is that it would make it more digestible. Season 1 has filler (which I think was just too early) and filler has a bad reputation. Also, episode-to-episode animation quality changes drastically in early season 1, with some fights looking amazing and others not so much. However, this may have been due to a time constraint or a knowledge constraint. Splitting Season 1 into 4 or 5 seasons will give animators more time to work on it, and with Seasons 2 and 3 having greater trigger usage, this gives animators a good example of what the triggers can do when they implement it into season 1 fights. But I doubt they'll remake the first season

It isn't good, bruh. It has a large fan base because it's literally bare minimum appeal. Power of friendship/feelings is tedious as hell. The action honestly reads better than it animates. Even when reading it, something about it just always felt cheaper than its contemporaries. On the plus side, it's better than 7 Deadly Sins.

​@@davidrosenberg9615it has bare minimum appeal to only new anime fans. The older ones pretty much loved it. It sold 75 something million manga copies when Anime wasn't mainstream. That says something about it's popularity. And pretty much every shounen has power of friendship bs. Fairy tail gets shaded more for it. Their power system is literally linked to feelings and their emotional state. Even then the fights actually make sense if you properly pay attention.

@shingardhaliwal960 I didn't say it wasn't popular. I said it wasn't good. Every single chapter I read just came with this sense that it was less well thought out than other stories. There's no cohesion between arcs, they just happen *because*. Furthermore, the heroes do very little to drive their own plot. Most of the big stuff just *happens*. For instance, Natsu is introduced as searching for Igneel, then does *very* little to actually search for him. All he does is occasionally ask about him at the end of an arc and get no answers. If it's his overriding goal, why is he so lazy about achieving it? When he finds him, it's through no effort of his own.

@@davidrosenberg9615 starting from Tower of Heaven, the arcs were connected. That's like saying One Piece arcs aren't connected when we know it's Luffy's journey. It's same with Fairy tail, it's about adventure with friends. Fairy tail had many emotional moments too. Natsu looking for Igneel thing, we know for a fact that Natsu travelled around doing quests while looking for Igneel before canon. After canon started, he literally didn't have time to go around since all events happened with barely week or two's time between them. Tenroujima arc happened 8 months after canon started. After that GMG started. Tartaros attacked immediately after and Igneel died in that one.

Demon Slayer plot is mid tho , the ost and art style carry the whole show.

Solo leveling my ass

The Dragon Ball series is one of the most overrated shows of all time. It’s B-tier at best. Also, Solo Leveling is not a Shonen.

OPM probably belongs, though I am extremely tired of OPM fans. Season 1 was perfect. Flawless. Season 2 was not as good.
