+30 New Things Added to Minecraft 1.20 (Unnamed Update) 

What is your favorite new feature of this update? I am definitely delighted with the cuteness of the sniffer... 😳

The cherry blossom biome should have the pink Moolip cow from Minecraft Earth in it as it really fits with the cherry blossom biome. I have a tweet with the link to the Minecraft feedback suggestion so you can vote it.

In my opinion the archeology was better when it was announced in 2020, it had more shard variations and also better animation when the brush was used on the blocks... I think they should add a lot more shards and also the possibility to color the clay pots to make it more interesting...

I really like the hanging signs, they're so useful so that anyone won't need to examine each building when exploring or building cities or shops!

The cherry blossom biome ( and other new biomes) should really come with new villages

since you can make pots out of bricks i feel like they should also add nether brick pots

The Discovery Update sounds like a fitting name for 1.20.

Minecraft mobs having complex animations is actually nuts to me

the pink wood biome is beautiful, but if the tree is called a cherry it must have something like the other trees that grow apples, most of them are like that, they should implement another fruit

Trails & Tales update should buff ridable mobs to have full chest inventories so they’re actually somewhat useful. (Double chest for llamas since you can’t control them.)

They should add a telescope so you can name the stars also use them to travel now that would be a cool addition

I'm excited for all the pretty builds some talented minecrafters will make with these new items.

i hope it will have blossom village snapshot... with the new things, new type of village will be great! if blossom village is great, bamboo village will be great too! think about a village with panda as the pet!!!

The update looks very cool. Archeology is probably the thing I’m looking forward to the least though

Mojang need add more pottery shards, brushes should be made of copper, archaeological dig sites, suspicious gravel,pot must made with special material from dig and should be burned over a campfire.

Hopefully they add yellow, orange, and red leaves in the future

The sniffer is great, I wonder how an Ancient Seed Farm would work with the Sniffer. Any suggestions? I was thinking of a mechanism similar to a Berry farm with foxes...

I really really really want more items to cook with and to farm with. Even if it's something completely random would be pretty cool to update my farm

They added "cherry trees" for just "decorations" but didn't add palm trees to survive in desert biome or baobab trees that community wanted that for savana biome

Hello Minuthu boss I am very happy with this update but I will also miss Minecraft Old versions from 1.14 to 1.19 and above and now waiting for Minecraft 1.20

When walking the cherry blossom biom it fells like a modded world

I wish they'd do more to vary the trees and leave colours, actually just textures in general. Every pro Minecrafter worth their salt uses textures in their builds, having forests with all the same type of tree is pretty boring. Having cherry blossom is great but some forests with a mix of pink, yellow and red leaves would be picturesque. Mix a few yellows and Red's in with other forests occasionally too, it would bring life the world. And change structures so they look like some of the modern villages people have done, keep the Minecraft spirit but generally upgrade them. I know that isn't bringing a ton content wise but upgrading the existing world would add a lot to the freshness of the game imo

The leafs should be pink! Not green. I forgot which mod has Sakura trees but they’ve made the leafs pink and it looks aesthetically beautiful.
