It’s beautiful first of all it’s a perfect location. Perfect neighborhood. The home is beautiful in French design from outside from inside it if it if this is the staging of the home, there’s nothing to be to be changed it’s just to walk in with your backpack or your suitcase and part, and start enjoying the home immediately it’s just beautiful stunning. It has a beautiful view of the ocean Carolina Island stunning as well is staircase, the piano perfectly located. It’s a little private little nook, but then yet looks elegant. Just amazing. It has a beautiful slope in the backyard, a pool which I would prefer to plant but different colors are beautiful flowers all year long to bring in a different energy that you already bring it in with fantastic views in the bedroom master bedroom, but can you say is a private beautiful, restful century retreat? amazing but this is what Newport Coast Newport coast. It’s beautiful 👑💯

NPC & pretty much all of South OC looks & has looked like this for decades & will continue to look like this for decades to come. Local criminals KNOW not to come into this area because it’s so heavily patroled. Money buys security & protection.
