@@nejifps5814 The Baldwin River is a tributary of the PM. It flows through the village of Baldwin, and is essentially the north branch of the PM. Dewey is correct that the first browns were planted in the Baldwin, at the rail crossing just east of town.
Word to the wise; flies only ,catch and release only areas throughout Michigan, especially that stretch of the p.m. I own land in Luther on the little Manistee River. Worth fishing west of m37
I am just following the top 100 trout streams from Trout Unlimited. I am planning to fish the Missouri this summer. It is on the list, but my numbering is just the order in which I fish them. Each river has it's own merits. Looking forward to the Missouri:)
