Were looking at another franchise with things that don’t make sense in it. I’ve done a video on Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild but now I’m talking about a series with both of those characters in it. Yes this is Things that don’t make sense in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

It appears that there are even more strange things I noticed during my time playing The Legend of Zelda breath of the wild. So strange in fact that I made yet ANOTHER video about it going over EVEN MORE things that don't make sense to me, 30 more things in fact. Yes I am going to be applying real world logic to The Legend of Zelda breath of the wild yet again.
In the video above, we cover 16 facts, tips and tricks that aren’t quite as well known, ranging from secrets to glitches, so me that are pretty simple and others that are fairly complex. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has been out for four years at this point, and players have found some amazing things, intended or not, that keep the game and its sense of discovery feeling fresh.

#9 is probably a thing because in the original smash bros theyre like toys becoming actual characters if i remember correctly So that would mean that they are fighting non-cannonically and that those fights are just an alternate reality that never takes place

2:26 On that note, I believe it's pretty common knowledge at this point, but Gaur Plain is another stage named incorrectly. The stage is located on the Bionis' Leg, and Gaur Plain is an area of that leg that can be seen in the distance, so that means you are not fighting IN it, but in another location. It is believed that the stage is called this way because the music that plays in the Bionis' Leg is actually called Gaur Plain, so this is technically the first Smash stage to be named after a song and not a location.

15 is pretty easy to explain. Basically, sephiroth teleports all fighters to an alternate dimension, where he destroys it as a mean to damage the ff7, or smash, cast.

I always thought Sephiroth’s final smash was a highly complex illusion, which would explain why his final smash is so garbage compared to how it looks. I think that all the fighters would just get a massive headache from it all

There’s two reasons why Ridley is tall as any other character because one he’s slouching during a battle and he probably had to get shorter because he was too big because it was the reason why he wasn’t going to be in smash ultimate

More specifically during development of the prior games Sakurai decided that there were 2 essential criteria to properly representing Ridley as a fighter in Smash that he couldn't meet: His monstrous, intimidating stature and his unrestricted flight. While it could be argued that a reasonable compromise was made for incorporating Ridley's larger stature into Ultimate by giving him a taunt that has him stand up straight the unrestricted flight criteria was certainly abandoned for obvious reasons so it would seem that for Ultimate he changed his mind.

It's worth noting that Smash Ridley is an amalgam of previous appearances, with a height ratio to Samus coming from Metroid NES, his coloration and features similar to Super Metroid, and the barbed tail from Other M. I think Sakurai did a great job for a first attempt, but Ridley's design could use some tweaks.

For #16, the cross makes sense (if you use it properly, by having it go back to him) since it’s the same one being yeeted around. And for the one with Jigglypuff’s singing conundrum, there are tons of times in the base Pokémon series where a Pokémon can get hit by something that makes no sense. Like Pokémon which are *on fire* can get frozen.

One typo about Jigglypuff on the Kalos League Stage, On this stage you have a moment on it dragon type pokemons that Can shot dragon type attacks on the stage, despite being a fairy Type, Jigglypuff can get hurt by dragon attack despite being totally Immune to dragon type (pokemon Logic)

Steve has a couple He can Place Blocks in Mid air (He can't do that in Minecraft) He gets dirt from Gerudo Valley (a stage covered in Sand), actually, you can go to multiple stages and find some mistakes here and there with this one The TNT is too Small, and the Magma Block is too Big

Steve can place mid air in bedrock, he can get dirt perhaps deeper in the ground (stretch but ok), and its Minecraft were talking about, you can theoretically change the objects sizes with different things.

5:14 well in final fantasy dissadia, there was something about supernova being a transport to a new dimension that he destroys just to kill you. So he creates an infinite amount of dimensions and will destroy an entire solar system. Kinda badass. Safer Sephiroth is also what he ACTUALLY looks like Edit: well the disgusting bizzaro sephiroth is kinda the in between as well

I think it was mentioned in some sort of interview or somewhere that Supernova is only an illusion which is why it cannot kill in Final Fantasy 7 and also causes debuffs.

I think I can explain number 17, (the goldeen one) so basically in the first ever Pokémon episode in the ever first season, misty tries to fight team rocket with a goldeen and the goldfish just splashes around

For the one with projectiles in space (#-1): The projectiles you showed being unaffected were all just light, which should obviously should not be affected. All others were not light and thereby affected

#15. To answer this, I have a very simple canon explanation for the final smash (Sephiroth Main here btw). Sephiroth has the ability to create illusions, so the final smash is most likely meant to be an illusion. This probably also explains the realtively low damage output from such a devastating looking final smash (33%, in a game were a good FS can deal over 60%). I do not mean to call the creator an idiot or any other derogatory terms. I only mean to enlighten some of the research I have made on the many characters in Smash Ultimate. Please enjoy this video and do not take it too literally. I do agree that Sephiroth's FS confused me for a bit too.

15 is simple, since in the original game and even Remake, Sephiroth is known to mess with the cast, so it's an illusion to mess with your character. Even in the original, Other Moves Sephiroth can make do more damage than the supernova, so it isnt real. Hence the status affects.

The answer to most of all of these are simple. They're toys... The first game in the series on the N64 starts out with the characters being brought out of a toy box. Master Hand and Crazy Hand are literally the hands of humans playing with toys.

Yes, Piranha Plant being in Smash instead of Waluigi is a big problem. But a bigger problem is Pac-Land being a stage in Smash instead of Pac-Maze.

10:00 I would actually predict that the Piranha Plant would beat Waluigi based on the picture. Waluigi has only appeared twice at that point (if I'm correct) so one of the most well known enemies from Nintendo's biggest franchise would definitely have bigger priority over some weird guy that only appeared in two Mario Tennis spin-offs.

Mario can use the abilities of any power-up at will. Like, he can use the cape and immediately afterwards can use a fireball without collecting any power-ups.

Number 11: Both Banjo and Duck Hunt are a single model, so the entirety of the duo gets powered up. Ice Climbers, however, are two separate models. Rosalina & Luma work differently. Since the Luma can't act independently from Rosalina, her size changes apply to it too.

Okay, I can actually explain the Goldeen one. I think that's based on a running gag in the first few episodes of the pokemon anime where someone (usually Misty) sends out Goldeen on land and it can't do anything due to being a fish out of water.

I remember that in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Pokémon Trainer could survive and move on many stages for some odd reason. Like in Delfino Plaza and Rumble Falls, where Pokémon Trainer automatically teleports offscreen, or in Summit, where the Trainer is at a slippery surface. In Brawl, Ice Climbers could also summon a huge iceberg moving around Delfino Plaza, while in that stage: Andross could shoot squares without even colliding with the background. Like seriously, what the heck XD I wish these nonsenses from Brawl were brought back in Ultimate. Granted, Iceberg still returns as a FS in Ultimate, but the problem is: it pauses the stage, unlike in Brawl.

Entertaining video! -I think it doesn't make sense how Chrom and Lucina have different properties on their swords despite them having the same sword. -The whole "beating up children" thing with Toon Link and Ness....as well as peaceful characters like Isabelle -Robin can accurately run out of resources, but Simon can't, despite item management being a big part of Castlevania NES. -Olimar is missing a lot from Pikmin, from his deep voice to his caring attitude towards the Pikmin, whereas in Smash, he's a brutal warlord -Just Mr. Game and Watch. Everything about him. -Why is Dr. Mario not a costume for Mario? -It's fantastic that Sans and Cuphead got songs, but the Doom Slayer got robbed in that regard. -Heihachi would've been really cool, and Jin Kazama is more interesting than his father while still carrying the Devil Gene that Sakurai said was important for Kazuya.

There's actually a video I watched where Smash Ultimate characters are their actual sizes. That's a pretty good explanation of why. You can practically only see Kirby and Olimar with a microscope while Ridley covers the entire screen.

Some of these things make me mad. Like the simon and richter one, number 16. He asked why they can pull all of these things out of no where but, if he played a castlevania game he'd know there's an inventory system. It isn't smash who's coming up with it it's the creators of castlevania. It just makes me really mad because if he actually had these questions he could just look up half of these.

Sephiroth's final smash makes no sense, because, he blows up the entire solar system, yet it's weaker than quite a few other cutscene final smashes, like getting hit by some noodle arms, getting punched in the face, and getting hit by a flaming sword once.

I used to think back in Melee that Goldeen was useless because they were not in water. I kept throwing Goldeen into areas of water like Great Bay in hopes that they would swim around and deal a strong attack with their horn, but alas, they just fall off the stage.

Answer to 1 of your questions: I do believe Sephiroth’s final smash is an illusion Also, Ridley is actually big, she\He’s just crouching a bit. In his down Taunt it shows us how big he REALLY is.

(6:40) Olimar without the suit is as far as I can tell 3 cm tall. A Wii disc is 12 cm, so that is correct. But the picture provided seems to be wrong. In the picture, including the spacesuit's antenna, that's a third of the disc, and Olimar inside the suit is much smaller.

How do characters stay on the platforms when fighting on the final destination and final battle stages? It looks like they should fall off because of how often the background rotates.

Something that doesn't make sense in smash is: How can Kirby transform into any of the fighters yet he can't just eat a fighter such as Mario and get the Mario hat, he should get the Fire Ability, or even none

Here are a few things that I don't get in smash bros: 1: How does air dodging work? I try to hit someone and then they air dodge which makes the sword go through the person. I can't even use the final smash when they air dodge. 2: How does Steve find his materials in some objects like metal. How would he find gold from a living thing? 3: How does Byleth's sword not reach high enough? I'm just about to die from going off the stage and his sword doesn't reach too far. I try that for the first time and his sword reaches the stage. What is up with that? 4: Where do people go when they die in smash bros? Do they just teleport onto the stage or does the responder thing just pick them up? These are the things I don'get in smash bros
