Ma'am there are alot of tricks to complete your water intake like setting alarm, keeping water bottle in front of your workspace,take 1-1 liters of water in 3-4 shafts etc so for complete water intake we can use these tricks.

Water intake badane ke liye water bottle me lemon squeeze karke daal sakte hai kyuki usse taste badh jata hai water ka and isse intake bhi badhega or bhuk bhi nai lagegi and also hum na agar water bottle humesha pass rkhenge to sip by sip din bhar pani pite rahenge nai toh hum sochte hai kitchen me lene jana hai pani and this happens with me

My small experience: I was really unaware. I always forget to drink water and because of dehydration I faced so many health issues such as urine infections and doctor always suggest me to drink more water but I always forget about it. Then I started using a app. It was basically water tracker I could say? I set a goal of 3 L water every day and whenever I drink water, I measure it and it really help me to stay hydrated every day..

1) Make craving list 2) Wear active clothes 3)Pre plan ur meal(follow very religiously) 4) Start ur day with water (4 litre) (Lemon, fennek, chia seed water) 5) help / motivate other 6) Read n watch fitness content 7)play fvrt music while working out 8) brush teeth after every meal 9)enjoy every meal u eat..enjoy to the fullest..cheerish it 10) only eat when hungry.. Dont wait for too long also.. Dont chng daily meal tym also.. save calories for later 11)know when to stop 12)staying more active..do work..household may be 13)when u cheat make sure it's worth it.. Be selective n cherrish it 14)walk and talk..never sit when on call..walk walk walk.. 15)choose ur drink wisely 16)make healthy intresting..khana khush nhi krta ,use khane k soch se khush hote h hm 17) simplify ur cooking..one pot meal 18)follow right ppl 19)when body dont support : avoid any DEFICIENCIES 20)dont keep junk at home 21)keep healthy snacking optns around u 22)Have a workout plan.. Be clear in ur mind! 20kgs in 3 months is highly unstable, let’s see how she maintains this weight. 😂😂😂 I’ve done this and I’m telling you with experience losing 20kgs over a year is much better than 3 months. It shows that you have a stable diet and not have obsessed over tracking each calorie and ruining your life.

You should not have green tea before bed infact after 6pm it has caffeine in it & it affects your sleep cycle.

Never let your water bottle get empty as soon as u drink your water fill it this will remind you that yes u have one more water bottle to get emptied This is my trick for good water intake
