30 weeks already ! That’s crazy it’s just flown by ❤️

Hello from Texas…..omg 30 weeks already, it feels just like yesterday that y’all announced that y’all were having a baby…..can’t wait to see him in the vlogs and the girls reaction to seeing him…..with both of my girls I had heartburn the whole time, especially when I drank water…..

I've had 3 pregnancies including twins also, never peed my pants. Pelvic floor therapy is wonderful, you should check in to it after healing, it helped me a ton after having my second! Apple cider vinegar in water is amazing for heartburn, worked wonders when pregnant with my twins. Magnesium fixed my leg cramps and muscle spasms when pregnant with my twins. Good luck! Have faith you can do no epidural but if you want one that's ok too. 😊 My epidural failed totally with my twins unfortunately.

Noooo :( I was soo expecting a “J” name and when you mentioned it, i felt you read my mind 😂😂😂

When I was pregnant I had the worst heartburn first few months I threw up in the morning and at night it did stop for a few months then it happened again it burned so bad right in the center of my chest so until he was born I was sick also I had a epidoral the first time and stadol the second time which I liked much better I am not even sure if they use it anymore either way birth is painful no joke I hated being pregnant hated it I was miserable but love my kids that was 34 and 35 yrs ago things were so different but either way can't wait for him to arrive.

I'm 3 months at the end of January and the symptoms is the worst , morning sickness , nauseous, cramps, leg cramps , bumps on my face , tiredness ,

They say if u have heart burn your baby will have a head full of hair .

Pray your heart burn goes away after because mine stayed even after giving birth and it's horrible I feel like all I do is eat tums! And u can do it without an epidural I did my last 2 without one and yes it hurts really bad I'm not going to lie but if u can make it threw it without one i promise u u will feel so much better after giving birth than if u get one! And my bumb was small Like that till about Like 8mths than I woke up one day and was like double the size lol it was crazy! My baby moved alot as well! Like a ton it was crazy way more than I ever remember my first 2 moving

Second time you give birth is usually easier and faster then the first time. So hopefully this will be true for you
