Hi, How many turns for a small Synchronous Gear Motor AC 220-240V 4-5RPM 50-60Hz. Would be of great help. It belongs to a desktop aquarium, for some reason the motor is burnt.
It said he generated 0.42 amps before he got a half a turn, then he stopped and got up, then produced 0. He certainly had the + & - backwards or cranked the thing counter clockwise and reversed the polarity hehe

In the video before you could see the reading the crank stoped and went backwards for an instant and the meeter spiked at 1:17 seconds in to the vid the meeter spiked to .42
