Hey Nate, I was able to pull my 2nd shiny charizard vmax yesterday! My first one I pulled about 2 months ago. But the pack was in a 4-pack Walgreens purple lighting packaging that had a snorlax rare promo, 2 darkness ablaze, 1 chilling reign, and 1 shining fates! Talk about 1 pack magic🪄

My goal in 2022 is to complete three sets. The closest I have is Black and White Emerging Powers (89%), Diamond and Pearl Mysterious Treasures (75%) and Jungle (67%). Since the vintage cards are going for a lot more I will probably try to complete a different Diamond and Pearl, Platinum or HeartGold and SoulSilver set to reach my goal. Ultimately the one set I am eager to complete the most in general is Platinum Arceus! I pre-ordered a Brilliant Stars ETB and can't wait for it to come in and open it!

I have quite a few of the shining fates. I actually pulled the shiny charizard myself and was super hype. I dont think I will finish the set tho because I need a lot of shiny and baby shiny pokemon still.

I came across a lot of those Shining Fates collection boxes the other day at my nearest Meijer, but they were like $30 each. But I’m still trying to complete my Sword and Shield base set binder, and I’m still missing a bunch of full arts, secret rares, and ultra rares from the set itself.

I actually found some Shining Fates in my local Walmart... I ended up getting a full art Skyla, a shiny Gmax Lapras, and I nearly freaked out when I got the shiny Gmax Charizard. It was so crazy.

Wow Nate you have really come super far in your journey since I last saw you. I still collect Pokémon cards not as much. But I will keep my memories of watching you every day after school for hours on end begging my mom for us to go to target and get Pokémon cards.
