He looked at least 2 weight classes smaller, but the experience just oozes from him. The fight intelligence, the form, the efficiency. That kid was insanely good imo; the combinations he did were great, he even tagged him here and there. How he moves is good, his speed it good; eventually he started adjusting to the leg kick which is insane cause that leg kick is for sure one in a million. Now his wrestling is too weak and his jiujitsu nin existent so there’s that. I think he was way more competitive thst people in the comments seem to think, it was a very close fight won by experience patience and espectacular endurance.

การโจมตีที่หน้า ถ้าไม่โดนน็อคก็แผลแตก แต่การโจมตีเข้าลำตัว มันจะทำให้คู่ชกโดนทรมาน

The moral of the men and women in these rings to stand and bang in such conditions is truly awe inspiring. They will pressure despite life altering shots, they’ll eat up deadly strikes like they’re hungry for more. The average fighter would be lucky to have half to will, let alone the average human.

Definitely can see the experience with the muay thai fighter. His instincts when missing a kick or punch is to cover up asap and it shows very well. Still give the young one props but fighting experience over youth is apparent something

That's what I was wondering about... at the end Banma wasn't trying to tap out like the commentators said, he was trying to pull out a Weidman vs Mousasi, and it ended the same way.
@randallflagg3700
@randallflagg3700 2 года назад
@@tris9596 - I wish they could still knee the head of a downed opponent like in PRIDE; coupled with stomps/soccer kicks, the wrestlers had waaaay fewer ways to stall a fight. I mean, the ground game is part of MMA, if someone doesn't like it at all, they should stick to kickboxing/muay thai/etc... And if you're a wrestler and you know you can hold the other guy down for 3 or 5 rounds, why risk getting KO'd? It should be up to the other fighter to prevent you to just grab you and lay on top, and adding knees to the ground would be a balanced move, if you keep the stomps/soccer kicks out. I love soccer kicks, but yeah it doesn't look super clean for the average Joe, and since we're trying to make the sport acceptable, I understand why they would remove them. Knees, though?
