I really enjoy watching these vids of guys doing the big work but I cannot help but imagine one of these guys getting into his car, welding the door shut and using his angle grinder when he needs to get out.

36:25 Working the controls next to belt driven blower assembly seems to be a fairly easy way to lose life or limb as well. A moment's distraction or a misstep or stumble would be the usual way such an incident would occur. Judging by the size and extent of the machine shop one has to wonder why the owners disregard such easily implemented safeguards. This is no back alley manufacturing facility and this machine isn't going anywhere.

People in this shop ignore even basic safety rules. If I show this video to the guy in charge of HSE at the company I work for, he won't be able to sleep.
