Just ordered one of those ridgemonkeys now, looks an awesome bit of kit, I’ve got the trangia triangle backpacking spirit burner stove so I think that would be just the job to go with that to rustle an omelette up for the grandkids when out in the countryside for the day.

an excellent hearty breakfast recipe for the RM.. even better if you lightly butter the bread slices on the top faces that contact the pan (tends not to burn the bread too much) well done Colin!

Well thats my diet out the window!😂. Actually was just eating a sausarge sarny done in the Ridge XL when your video popped up on youtube. A delicious looking breakfast combo for sure. What size ridge monkey are you using? Ive got the XL but dont think I can get two slices bread in at same time.
Is that a Ridgemonkey Compact XL? I cant fit two siices of bread side by side in mine!? Either they've changed the dimensions or those are small slices of bread :-D Thanks for posting
