6:50 that does not count as an intersection, but that would only affect cars driving past it, i.e. a blue car driving past a yellow destination would not treat it as an intersection. For the ones you have at this point, it still is no better than an intersection on roadway for the yellow cars trying to get in and out of the parking lot.
