Kites never reveals the Total end-to-end construction cost or total finishing budget including interiors, for my experience this house comes with a total of around appx 1 Crore just for construction. ( excluding interiors) he also mentions about 36 chudra, so i have done my basic math for 36 chudra. so I am also an Engineer and have experience with it, so my rough estimation of 90 lakhs to 1 crore crore with everything excluding interiors, So an approximately of 2500 Rs to 2600 Rs per Sq.feet for constriction. interiors may cost around 7- 10 laks for this house. You can think this building total budget of 1Cr to 1.10 cr
sir please cover affordable homes like which will cost around 40 to 50 lakhs. Most of the people cannot afford this kind of bunglos. Please cover affordable homes so it reaches common people and we will get fair adea. You are showing always high quality premier homes which 80% of the people cannot afford and we can just see the video but doesnt make any sense. Please don't fall for this company,, very high cost and cheap work...below are my experience 1) very high price with hidden charges even for mid package say 20% higher than market 2) worst design team 3) too many projects hence bad coordination and delay in construction time 4) they cheat you with materials so you have to be at the site 24/7 5) site engineer doesn't work without commission, he will spoil the project . No point in escalation as they agree that quality goes down without commission 6) No GST return 7) very low materials with very high cost 8) if u escalate to they will delay the project 9) minimum 30% increase at end of project budget than agreed 10) after paying premium package you won't even get basic quality.. 11) you will have to fight daily and get frustrated and they laugh at you on face
We recently constructed our house and I can see this house having very cheap quality. Of course I don't know the price but whatever he is describing, looks cheap materials and construction.
Lift illa. Munde tumba kashta aguthe. Manege baradu kashta, mana olgade odadadu kashta. Ishtella dud kharchu madthare, ond lift haksalla. Bathroom alli snana jaaga koneli irbeku, gode kade. Snana jaaga madhyadalli iddu commode koneli idre vathroom ella vodde iruthe. Dry and wet area separate irbeku. Trust me, we constructed a house last year. Only 3 rooms with 1 room on 1st floor.
