Just wanted to say Thank you for continuing to post your videos. They are very relaxing even when you are busy. I love how your kitchen is laid out so nicely, you have everything within a couple steps. I really love the grille/flattop with the fridges underneath. Not sure if that was your plan or a very smart restaurant owner. Just can't say enough and really wish we had a restaurant like that near us. Oh and that Dude in the background that is always singing and whistling, mad respect for him too!

Amazing how one man can put out this amount of food during breakfast rush. You can tell he's been doing it for awhile. A real pro. My only question is maybe a little seasoning on the egg dishes? Some restaurants let the customers season tableside. Would love to go there for breakfast. 😊
