Some new crazy combinations I made: 1: hana hana no mi + mister 1's supa supa no mi, just create some arms and literally shred your opponent in gory display. 2: hana hana no mi + bon clay's mane mane no mi, you are now the best spy ever. 3: gasu gasu no mi + bartolomeo's bari bari no mi, create a cube with your shield and just remove the air inside, now the opponent is stuck in an indestructible cube to death. 4: hobi hobi no mi + blueno's doe doe no mi, sneak behind your opponent with the interdimensional door and simply touch him. 5: horu horu no mi + buggy's bara bara no mi, levitate your hands to the oponent and inject the hormones, adding the fact that swordmans can't cut it, if the user has observation haki he can predict the opponent's moves and find a gap. 6: bara bara no mi + bomu bomu no mi, levitate your limbs close to the opponent and explode him.

you know some of these can be blocked by pure haki power such as the hana hobi combo

There is one major counter to the hana no mi is that you can damage the user through the limbs, as shown in its first appearance. So any of the combinations can be countered by a skilled swordsman with observation haki, or a user of future sight. If I had to combine 2 devil fruits, it would be Gomu Gomu and Goru Goru.

i surprise there is no Hana Hana + Paw Paw fruits - she can create a wall of many paw-hands to protect her/unleash mini-shockwaves, while creating an "Urusus Shock" with multiple hands to speed-up the process.

I believe that the actual restriction is two fruits of the same category cannot be eaten. so the combos would be restricted to "Paramecia + Logia + Zoan" so in my book 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28 = dead 29 disqualified as there is only ONE fruit involved in this "Combination" so out of the *_12_* Combinations I would chose: 23 Tori Yami

Only just found this video, and I have to disagree with the whole Yami Yami no Mi-section, because it seems to be based on a clear misunderstanding of the fruit's drawback. It doesn't actually amplify the damage the user takes, or at least not notably as Blackbeard was no more injured by attacks than he would have been pre-eating of the fruit, which was also seen by how after a few moments he'd get back up like nothing happened. What the Dark Dark Fruit does is amplify the pain the user feels from the attack, which is why Blackbeard was always writhing on the floor before getting right back up as soon as the pain faded. He didn't actually suffer that much damage, anyone who can scar Shanks is a tough SOB, but the attack felt far more painful than it should have. And here neither the Phoenix Fruit nor the Paw Paw Fruit would really offset this that much. Healing doesn't reduce the pain initially suffered, and for Blackbeard in many cases it literally only hurt the moment the actual attack struck, after which his BS-durability meant the pain faded as there wasn't an actual injury to cause further pain. This also means that there's nothing for the Phoenix Fruit to heal, the pain has passed and there is no wound. The Paw Paw Fruit has the same problem, due to the transient nature of the pain, unless the user pushes the pain out right as they get hit, which is typically the moment they are distracted by the immense agony they feel, then by the time they gather their wits to push the pain out, it will have faded, meaning that there's nothing left to push. In all honesty, the user would get more value out of combining the Dark Dark Fruit with something that bolstered their defense to reduce the hit and thus the pain, like the movie-only Hard Hard Fruit, the Slice Slice Fruit giving Steel-like hardness even without sprouting blades, or even the Turtle-Zoan by combining the shell with Armament. Jozu's Diamond Fruit would be the ultimate pairing as far as defense goes though. Heck, the Horm-Horm Fruit might also work if you can mix up and inject yourself with something that numbs your sense of pain. Also, I don't think pairing the Flower Flower Fruit with the Clear Clear Fruit is a good idea, because setting up traps with invisible limbs may sound cool, however it would also leave the user vulnerable. Because any damage done to the sprouted limbs is reflected back on the user. Which means while having invisible hands as traps sounds great, if the user has any AoE-attacks, or even just starts wildly swinging aroung a sword or other bladed weapon, all those sprouted limbs become potential liabilities.
