Finally a small home that has practical nice looking furniture. I would never put a TV in my bedroom. bedrooms are for sleeping.

Great layout. However, I'd take out the master bath and dividing wall and make that a reading or office nook, plus put in a door directly to the back porch. I would definitely consider this plan for a home.

There is a door directly to the back porch. Past the laundry room.

@@lynnharrell9598 Ah, but one from the master bedroom is just bonus and a great way to get out on the porch without having to walk all the way through the house.
