I have XM+S iCng. Completed 10500 Km. Always get 30+ mileage on highway. Once got 35/kg mileage on highway with speed 70-80 Km/h. Initially I was getting mileage of 22 km/h on highway. Mileage was increased after 2000 Km. I also have same wobbling issue while breaking. Overall happy with the car.

After watching so many videos on this channel and figuring out the parameters for my own need, I recently bought Tata Altroz Diesel XZ variant (with year end discount of 30K ) here in Maharashtra. It's a really cool upgrade for me from old Maruti 800 BS 3 model 😎 I am quite happy with it , from day 1 it's giving me 23 kmpl mileage on open roads and 21 kmpl on busy roads.😊 Initial acceleration is little slow, but in 3rd+ gear after 40 kmph speed, its literally becomes diesel rocket. Although I am not really happy with TATA service centres cold behaviour at least in my city, only thing they religiously focus on is SALES ! I was experiencing some stupid noise in engine so changed the engine oil after 500 km and put shell synthetic oil, now it is running butter smooth, no sudden jerks or stops.

Bought Tata altroz xm petrol on 24 November 2023 , the max mileage on highway on mid i got 26.9 kmpl and with rough driving on highway it still shows 23-24 kmpl mid regularly. Overall mileage city plus highway is 18 kmpl. That too without any services or even first check up. Totally satisfied with the Car & mileage. Best Decision to Buy Tata altroz as first car of my life.

Me apni Honda City Ivtech 2009 se highway pe 20+ mileage nikal deta hu. City me 17 to 18 deti hai. Bumper to bumper kabhi bhi 16 se down nahi gaya.

No wobbling issues, no rattling noises as well. I own a 2020 top model… feels extremely planted on high speeds as well.

My Petrol Altroz gives upto 26kmpl on High Way in Eco mode and 22kmpl on City mode. 18kmpl in city in Eco mode 14kmpl in city in City mode

I guess the key with Tata is to buy those models which have been on the market for some time or sell more units like Tiago/Tigor/Nexon. Because only then, the service centre persons are aware about the niggles.

there are many things to consider here, mainly his driving pattern. i easily get 21-22 in city mode on highway and with eco mode it reaches 23-24 with my altroz petrol

I have tata altroz diesel. Worst service experience ever. They asked for 12k rs to change the brake pads. Authorised service centre se service karwai, they replaced all 3 of my mountings with faulty ones which led to bursting of fuel pump cooler after a month of service. This is all when I get my car service at regular intervals that too 500 km before recommended . I have spent 25k and so much of my time at service station after that to repair my car and faced oil leaks their after and after all this my car still vibrates like a tractor. Worst car ever. Never buying a Tata in my life again.

My altroz 1.2 na ( no cng) Gives 17-18 kmpl in city And 24-25 kmpl on highway at speed of 90-100 kmph(without using cruise control) Got the car in 2021, till now only one problem that is stearing mounted audio control works inverted. Fully satisfied with the car. This car saved us 2-3 times due to its best handling

After 1 year of servicing it'll give 15+kmpl on and 18-19kmpl on highway 💯💯

In real life, I have owned Tata Altroz for 3 years now. XT model petrol that had Cruise Control but manual AC. I get 14 to 16 mileage in City. (Ahmedabad, Gujarat, never been to heavy traffic like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi) On highway, without AC (in winters) it is 22 with 4 passengers, 24 with single or 2 passengers. On highway, with AC (during heavy summers) it gives 20 to 21 with passengers and similar with single passenger too. Obviously I drive with light-foot always, with my highway speed only cruising around 80 to 90 always. Engine noise is obviously higher than the Suzuki Ciaz we have in family, but ride quality and handling steering is much much much better. I hope this portrays a good picture.

In short as per my experience, ownership and customer reviews throughout the internet, TATA Altroz petrol is the worst and Altroz diesel is the absolute best product by TATA.

Thank God Punjab me Tata ke service centre wale good hai. Mera experience good raha hai. 13 saal se Tata ki gaadi chala rhee hai. Tata me itni problems hai ke mujhe khud ko Mechanic bana dia. But I proud on Tata build quality. 2 major accidents ho chuke. Very very safe.

Mera altroz petrol long rung me 23 tak dikhai hai and market me 13-15 ata hai. Issue I felt is a lot of cabin noise and kharab road me glove box bhi awaz karta hai (6 month old car 3600 km travelled) and high speed me acceleration bahut kaam hai so aap dusri gaadi ko overtake karne me issue aysha. Baki sab sahi hai.

Ravi bhai Maine Nexon XM petrol liya tha pichle saal maine teen bar uska milage test kiya usne muzhe 25kmpl se upar ka milage mila 80-90kmph at 1.5k rpm. Can u test it

In real life scenario Tata Altroz gives 20 KMPL maximum mileage in CNG. (Sometimes between 17-19) And in Petrol it gives 11-13 kmpl.

Mechanics at TATA are not trained enough. They couldn't figure out a faulty sensor in my Tiago for two yerqs. Thank God then a Mechanic from Maruti joined TATA service centre and he saved me, otherwise they were about to change whole wiring in the Car🫤🫤

Ravi bhai only maruti is doing good in CNG... NOT Hyundai... I have santro cng and it's giving check light issue and Hyundai is not able to resolve it from last 4yrs..they have changed everything thing in my car right from Engine to spark plug but still issue persist.

My city cvt gives 18+ on highway. I drive under 2k rpm max in 80 to 60 range... occasionally drive 100-120 never drive above these. Always soft on pedal. Try to keep 2 k max rpm. Use cruise control and pedal shifters are just for feel good not much use.

Altroz me best diesel hai. Baki saare engine me power kam h. Altroz leni ho toh diesel lo and agar or power chahiye toh ecu remap kara k 120 bhp power and 260NM torque pe bhagao. Best handling on highway without body roll and zero lag after ecu remap. Waise bhi Tata ki warranty kisi kaam ki hai nhi

I had few experience with Al 1st. My gear suddenly stopped working in between traffic and car stuck in 2nd gear. Actually gear wire broke 2nd. When traveling in highway suddenly car itself shit the gear from 5th to 3rd. Yes on its own and note my car is a manual one. 3rd. Due to pannel gaps gaps filled with dust.

I owned Altroz iCng XZ+ OS variant and it gives me mileage of 22-24 km per kg in city. In petrol it shows around 14-16 kmpl but never measured tank to tank. Because of its weight and build this mileage is very good considering maruti wagon r gives me 24-26 km per kg.

Petrol main in city I get 14-15 average and on highways around 21 - Bought in 2021

No doubt Maruti cars are unsafe but they make engines and cars for longer run. I have 2010 Ritz which still drives like butter and low on maintenance. Tata cannot tune the engines the way Japanese tune theirs.
