250g seafood mix
50g macaroni
1 onion
10g butter
2 tbsp flour
400ml milk
2 tbsp tomato ketchup

[Oden soup]
1.5L water
3 dried shiitake mushrooms
20cm kelp
15 dried sardines
2 handfuls Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
3 tbsp sugar
100ml light soy sauce
[Tsukune (chicken dumplings) roll]
2 pieces Aburaage (Fried tofu)
150g minced chicken thigh
1 piece ginger
1/2 tbsp Sake

Appropriate amount Kanpyo
