What is spiritual parth? Hamari life me jo suffering , jo mann me confusion hai usko samjhne ka or usse free hone ka rasta h spiritual path .

Where is my spiritual path? -1 Spiritual adventure - if you compare yourself to other people & then work, then you shift from spiritual adventure to grind(result oriented). -2 Ethical inflexibility -3 Principal of ethics= How things should be done in particular way -4 Dynamic particularity= things happen because needed conditions get satisfied. All terms & conditions get meet out only then something happens, both disaster & success. Same for any disease. Reasons which lead to particular event. -5 Generalization = whenever you don't study something/situation deeply you do generalization as the mind always seeks an answer(ego), to know thing even without understanding whole. Like this person is Aalsi or nikkama. As you grow up you take generalization of other people/world as truth & get stuck in Matrix, unlike children who are always happy. Every psychological event has individuality, that thing/condition/situation is unique, this is how it has to be & we were not supposed to judge it, whatever happened, happened for a reason to you or others, don't put it in good or bad box, don't judge, then you get in your spiritual path. Path where are you calm & clear & can go WITHIN to seek answers, to experiment. -6 Individuality of psychological incidents -Whenever you are disturbed you are not in your spiritual path, at that point it time, take a pause, stop, stop doing self talk & outer things. Just ask yourself what created this anger/situation in me or in others. Many times expectations of people are the only problem for anger. We all have awareness in us, so we can reach that state where peace & bliss is irrespective of our age. -Every person is changing, perhaps evolving personally + life full of changing incidences. -Always ask yourself if I am on a spiritual path or no, means being calm, clear & aware. If not why? Path is never lost. It's always here & now for you to embark on. Can you find out reason perhaps no reason to be peaceful even though your mind creating negative thoughts for you, your surroundings amplifying it. Yes you can always do that with the Divine fragment in YOU. That's your spiritual path, to be at peace come what may. Do no judge. Every situation is dynamic, you just need to ask where is my spiritual path.

1st question - what is spiritual path? Ans - in my opinion, in a nutshell "jaise jaise aap apni problems ki jad ko dheere dheere samjhne lgte ho, jab aap apne thoughts ke origin ko find kar lete ho, iske liye first of all totally silent hona padega outwardly as well as inwardly, jaise jaise aap vichar ke par jane lgte ho, maulik shrot ki taraf, swayam ke pure satya ki aur jane lgte ho, acc to j krishnamurti this awakening is beyond time and space, instant but now I can't claim, it is sponstanious....jab aap ek scientific drishtikon ke sath apni sari manyatao ko peeche rakhkar, let me find ke raste par jate ho........tab vo real spiritual journey or growth mani jayegi.....sir I know isme Mai jo bhav wyakt karna chah rha tha nhi pahuch paye,,,,words ko dekhkar lagi bhari bharkam jaisi feeling aa rhi hai, but that's not the truth.but you understand what I mean."

Sir abi mein spiritual path pr nhi huu,abi confuse hu,aj mene apni assisten ko kuch kam bola krne ko but usne nhi kya jis se mujhe us pr gussa aaa gya or mene bola k ab koee kam mt krna mein handicap Anganwadi teacher hu.or jo kam assisten ka tha mene khud hi kr lea.fir mene socha k mein S center pr aaa gyi huu or kuch time 3step kya fir mein normal hoo gyi.ab mera assisten ko koee kam kehne ko dil nhi krta to sir mein kya kru confuse huu
