Good is enemy of perfect. Trip in unfinished van seems like a reasonable way to go. You have a chance to see if some ideas you have in theory wouldn't actually make sense and adjust the final design before things are done and harder to change :) just like confirming that space for bed is actually awesome
@@michamietlinski4264 that confirmation is a key! We are 100% sure that the space is absolutely large enough and the layout will be good for our needs. We also know that it's a very comfortable vehicle for long roads :)
Love the videos so far, I've just bought the same van as you (RHD) being in the UK, and gonna start my conversion soon as I'm driving from UK to Budapest at the end of July got 2 weeks to do there and back 😁.
Thank you Simon! 😊 We're glad you like them and let's hope they can help you with the build. Or at least inspire something or help you avoid some mistakes. We actually have friends with the same van in the UK so it will be the 3rd known conversion already. Seems like Renault Master is getting popular as a base for campervans. It's a great vehicle really! So you have quite a tight schedule to be honest. It's a lot A LOT of work 😉 Crossing fingers for the conversion! You have some beautiful places to visit along the way to Budapest! We can highly recommend southern Germany - beautiful nature with a lot of possibilities for van life. Germany is really fond of camper/campervan lifestyle.
Good luck Simon !! I am also converting a Master and I must say I am rather slow in progress 😜. So hopefully you will get along well. On the other hand Aga and Marcin show us that you can have a great trip even in an unfinished van. Greetings from Germany.
