I'm looking at the date you uploaded this video. I was in a coma when you made this video. Doctors didn't expect me to live. Now here I sit watching these video's, and think how beautiful they were back then. But today they are even more precious. Thank you Julie for posting your video's. I have watched this one for the third time now. Relishing my time, and not wasting one moment. It's been a long year of recovery. From a newborn state physically to about 60% back to my old self. So much has changed. I'm so limited. Plus I get sick rel easy now. I don't leave the house, accept to go to my doctor's appointments. I am grateful for every minute. It's so good to be alive and enjoying the ability to do a pour. I'm still at risk. It keeps me in touch with reality. I'm painting every second that I physically can. I want to leave my mark in the world. This is my means in doing so. I want to leave a part of me that say's I was here. Maybe some day, someone will find the value of the artwork, and see that I can't make them anymore. And value them as something precious. Appreciating them as I have.
So pretty! Thanks for also showing us your wild birds the baby was so cute! I love these colors and the cells from the glue are amazing! I always wanted to travel to Australia and New Zealand but never got the chance to before I was disabled by a drunk driver when I was 25. Now I’m not able to travel to such far away places so any sort of videos I get to see of the wildlife and Beaty of such places I’m very grateful for thank you!
You're so funny 😂 "I think I over torched it" (grabs torch and does it again)😂 love how you explain what you are doing and the discussions you have with yourself are hilarious. Thank you so much for your video's 🤗
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the colors, the cells are fantastic. I have never gotten cells like that. I love when you tilt to give it more movement and not so straight. 🥰👍
You are so talented!! I love to see the birds and the way you talk to them makes me think you are like Dr. Dolittle!! You are a very talented artist. Unlike some, you sound happy when you paint. I really enjoy learning from you.
Oh my gosh!! Julie, I swear, your channel is more fascinating than some National Geographic videos I've seen! Watching that family of birds (I never heard of the name before) was great!!! Your painting is beautiful!! Keep up the great work!
I love these colours. The multi coloured cells are wonderful and I look forward to seeing another similar pour. I also appreciate that you are not always perfect and chew yourself out. Really helps me be more forgiving with myself. Thanks Julie.
I just came across your video. Thank you so much!!!!! I am new to paint pouring and I have become so frustrated and was ready to pack everything away for a while. I also ran out of Floetrol and could not find any in local stores. But I did have a jug of Elmer's School Glue. Followed your video and recipe and colors above and I actually have 2 poured canvases now that I just love!!!
I love all of your videos. I love this one-especially the big cell and the colors. We all have a different eye for beauty. You are amazingly brave & creative! I especially love the wildlife you share with us! Amazing.!!! Your videos provide a nice calming effect for me. Thank you for sharing your talents & love of nature & animals.
I think your videos are Fantastic.. and you are a fun , articulate teacher ! Well Done ... Now to check out your music .... Look out she's on a roll !!
Just happened upon your channel today and have watched 4 hours of your work. I am now officially inspired to give this acrylic pour painting a try! Thanks for all of the helpful tips. Also, hoping your beautiful property is nowhere near the bush fires. 😢
It's so weird when you say this is just not going right, and I am saying to myself OMG I love it. I know I'm a rookie and haven't made a single cell on my relatively few tries. I am going to be elated when I do. I think I don't have the correct consistency, but will keep trying. You keep me calm under the present covid situation. I want to be creative, and stay sane at the same time. I also love a little insight into your life, like the birds and life stories, they add something else to your videos. Thank you.
Personally I like this the angle where it stretches is really cool . The way it flows up gives it a different look. Art is in the eye of the beholder and I think it very nice.
Your advice is so wonderful. I've tried a few paint pours and I heard you in my head! I think you already saved my best pour! Thank you for sharing your beautiful work, and your lovely wildlife friends too!!
I just enjoy your accent and your clear and discriptive way of teaching and showing us the methods you use , im going to try this soon once i have my art room ready TY for sharing this with us !!!😶😑😐🤔🙂☺😊🤗
The colors are gorgeous and the variety of cells is equally as stunning. If you look almost dead center there is a large cell with 3 small ones. It must be paying tribute to your baby bird ;)
