Thanks for this real long term review my friend! Really interesting. Long live the bike! I had a coulple of your country fellows over her in Scandinavia last month and one of them, Steve, He joined me and our frien Thomas to Latvia in Balticum for a ADV Festival. That was awesome, ride all the way thru Asia to get a coffee in the woods 😂💪🤠🔥🙌, Cool guys!
I get jealous when I hear about the interesting countries that you Europeans (and visitors from here) can visit! Thanks, yes I'm slowing down the rides here this time of year - it starts to get too hot to camp! Cheers
damn i so envy that suspension, had old AT with WP43 with 320mm of travel transplanted from KTM so i know what good forks means and what is magic carpet ride, there are no words to describe how it feels, bumps literally disappear under you and you feel unstoppable ; good shit, hopefully itll serve you reliably for long time ;
Thanks for the video, Chris. I’m in similar situation. 2021 R, just back from Flinders, 25k on it, was thinking of getting new model. I’ve decided not to because mine is going so well. My dealer said that if it was maintained properly and had valve issues etc they’d fix it, I’ve got my windscreen spoiler in just the right position to minimise buffeting, and I can spend the money saved on getting some suspension work done!
Hi, yes no problems at all...I asked for a photo of them if they were anything but shiny, and asked the tech and he said they'd settled in well and he didn't expect them to need any further adjustment from here on out - they only barely went down the minimum size so he did them because he was in there. He also noted the clean intake and said that I obviously did my filters as needed. (I have several videos on both the filter and pre-filter I use to keep inside there clean, and on a recent one inside it after a 6,000km Flinders trip). Cheers
