There's always a response to your mentor seeing you copy their outfit. However, what's more interesting is some characters respond to WHO your mentor is. Like if you have Goku as a mentor and talk to broly, he says he smells Kakarot on you. Not everyone does this, but it's fun to find characters react to it.
Crazy Fact Of The Day: Did you know back in Xenoverse 1 the basic Ki Blast animation was different? Yeah, the player used two hands instead of one, also, the SSJ Blue aura was more yellow and green than blue back in Xenoverse 1 as well
Hidden detail: SSGSS gokus aura was way different in the beginning of dbxv2 from 2016 (it was a orange and blue colour much like his aura from DBXV1, however in future updates his aura was changed to a brighter white/blue)
here's one that no one else knows; For DBS Super Hero Gohan, when you use his counter and the opponent uses a radiating/damaged based evasive(i.e. spirit explosion/vegeta's iconic evasive) soon after, gohan will do a flip to evade the evasive. please pin this and try it out for yourself!
Also, I think the update have broken the gigantic ki blast. When you try to "hug it" when you approch it to push it back, it normally gradually decreased your stamina so you can hold it in place for few seconds. Well, now you cant do that anymore. Your stamina gets zapped in a second or 2 and cant push it back no more that way. If you aint running specific moves to deflect it like Photon Swipe or Soul Punisher... yeah, you're kinda screwed. I got around 5 of my runs lost because of this enigmatic glitch.
@@Sir_Broly Yes, that's what I was refering to. However, this never used to be like that, as I was pushing back the gigantic ki blast like that to slow it down countless times before. This certainly is bugged similarily how Demon Flash Strike was before.
4:19 - ;) EDIT: 16:51 - I think its same for Custom Z Broly and using Weekend. Also Extra Fun Fact: "Ultra Armor" as I deem it, its a fusion of Super Armor and Hyper Armor, which has no weaknesses. Divine Kamehameha doesnt even ignore its effects. You can use Candy Beam to stall the raid boss and or use raid reward Super Soul, "Looks like I mixed up the capsules..." This super soul has a decent chance at making freebie caspules without using them. Being lucky at stacking the regen capsule sometimes like 3 of them at the time is hilarious, given how quickly your HP will go up. Doesnt work with Senzu tho.
Fun fact: before Extra pack 1 was released, there was a glitch where if you use Teen Gohan Preset 2's Father and son Kamehameha on a blocking opponent, it would do over 70,000 damage...for some reason

You can find Arale's Poop Stick as an accessory on the ground around the PQ area much like how you can find the Super Dragon Ball radar around the pedestal.. I have no idea if there are any other accessories scattered around the hub and I feel like it's worth investigating since.. i doubt anyone has scoured the mushroom/desert area a lot lol Also the "Zazasu" thing... there's many NPCs that share names that you can find sometimes (when offline) for example, "Randel" and "Randell" both are Frieza Race, but very different designs.. but both somehow have Zigzag Express, the Male Majin move.. and there's a "Randall", and there's some other's, both named Randy, a male and female (dunno their races but they either saiyan or human), and finally two Jaydens that are a male and female majin respectively.. so the people who named the NPCs probably do not care lol

Every character has a race assigned to them which is applied to help calculate their Assist Types. While some of these might be obvious such as Vegeta as a Saiyan or Krillin as an Earthling, others are more indicative of a character's personal viewpoint on their own life. For example, Base Goku's Assist Type is Ki Regen which is the Earthling Assist Type. This goes to show that the development team REALLY thought out his personality and his personal choices when making him in the game as very few characters are treated with this sort of distinction. Another example is Android 21 who despite not being transformed, has the Majin Assist Type.
Something I found out recently: if your charged basic ki attack is the volley version you will fire more ki orbs (I haven’t counted how much more) if you are on the ground and while still holding down the button to charge the attack you use your fly straight up into air button and then let go of both.
Did you know that Some characters have an added cinematic angle to their combo enders if the combo counter is above 10 hits before the final input (the old z combo limit in DBXV1) EX: Goku's 4L2H combo and teen Gohan's 5H combo
Most lf the mentors have unique dialouge. For example, wearing the orange star school uniform and talking to Gohan & Videl, wearing the Freeza suit in front of Raditz, wearing Satans clothes in front of Cell, etc. My fave os definitely Picclo's reaction to Beerus clothes, bro gets STRESSED Another fun fact is that, beyond being a neat detail, this dialouge is usefull! All of the unique lines they have automatically give a bunch of friendship. So if you want to quickly max friendship, the quickest way is honestly to switch between all the outfits with unique dialouge and talking to them. Just wear a bunch of android sets, and suddenly you're besties with 16!
In the Nintendo switch Verizon of DBXV2, all ultimates have an activation option that involves someone doing a specific hand motion with their joycons. I'm not sure if it applies to super attacks, but all ultimates have a specific motion.
In dragon ball xenoverse 2 if you get bad enough lag you get to use time skip on any characters *a very old glitch where connection could mean the game only works for one player and its like time has stopped , you enter a black void
Not sure how known it is but i just recently noticed it thanks to a friend, the Elder Kai Dance emote seems to be the only emote you can actually change direction slowly without stopping the emote. Yes, i know it makes sense since Elder Kai danced in a circle when unlocking Gohan's potential 😅
Contribution in raids/expert missions don’t matter. The only thing that adds to your score is Attack Rating. Higher that is more damage points you get in the raid board in the lobby.
Cooler praises you if you wear the armored squadron outfit in front of him, like wise if you wear the same set and talk to Frieza he tells you to take it off, Frieza also has dialog for that onesie you can get that's themed of of him. Beerus and Krillian also have same outfit interactions, but Krillian also reacts if you wear android 18's original outfit. Kid Gohan asks if you also look up to piccolo, if you wear his Gi set and talk to him. for the most part most mentors react if you wear the same outfit as them or someone they know, but how they react tends to very, everyone reacts if you wear the Beerus set.
here i have two things i just haven't heard anyone mention, -first, the custom GT Goku can have the burst Kamehameha even though it is from super Saiyan blue Goku, but interestingly he also has almost every ki charge, even the burst charge from GT vegeta and ultimate charge from super Saiyan blue evolution vegeta (or maybe is from ultra instinct Goku but this it's interesting due to the fact that chronologically, GT still goes after DBS) -this second thing is more "normal" i guess, it's just the fact that you can revive your allies that are really far in exchange of an amount of your health bar, by just focusing the defeated ally, holding the guard button and then just press the normal weak attack, I'm really impressed by how little to none people seem to know this and even less use it online, maybe even if you know this thing of reviving teammates from very far Burcol, i think it would be nice to add it on a new video to make more people know it due to its obscurity, i think it could lead to more support strategies like using the very same custom GT goku with that one super soul that makes him recover health when using the super spirit bomb on a raid, making a decent damage and having full health to revive people immediately so everyone else could focus on the raid
I've always said they treat the saiyajin time patrollers like Vegeta. Hence the hairstyles don't change with transformation and are in the order he first used them, with the exceptions of SSJ3 and not getting a grade 2 buffed Super Vegeta form
@@Naszy_the_great the only exception was Freedom Kick! (Android 17s move) and Shining Slash! (Freedom Kick was more accurate to a super dash but Shining Slashes hitbox was stupid, better and did more damage)
You can technically gain all super Saiyan God forms in anime order if you start with SSG then wait to level up to LV90 than LV95 I actually did this once as a self challenge.
I actually know something you didn't mention regarding asj4 vegeta, on Nintendo switch you get him alongside ssj4 goku I believe from doing PQs, because switch never got the ability to preorder XV1. Kinda like goku black being included. God bless. Nice vid
Did you know that you can actually do Z Gogeta Standing animation with Gogeta Blue? All you have tô do is to lock an enemy and get close to him, Go above him and look from the Air perpendically and not straight, then boom Z Gogeta Standing animation.
not a detail, but very neat; IIRC a female saiyan going SSJ while wearing one of goku's gi tops (i.e. King Kai symbol, or the Turtle hermit one) the top will go golden as if it was a cast characters version of the gi and not a CACs version.
Nappa can turn supersaiyan you already knew that however did you know if you had the Nappa skin where he has hair, if you use super Saiyan his hair disappears completely, and I dunno why this is the case.
i got one for i didnt see in the video, when u equip the super attack tri beam while holding a dragon ball in one of the dragon ball missions you can still use tri beam while u cant use other super or ultimate attacks (it an reference when tien lost his arm against nappa and vegeta in dbz)
6:44 you say “so far so good” but nah we needed some love for the other races! How is there no orange form, full power (frieza), majin alternative forms, earthling triclops, etc, etc! We got so many saiyan forms and jack for everyone else😭 Hell, beyond that there should be android/bioandroid races and maybe even some less known or original races. So much additional potential here beyond (7??!) saiyan transformations and one a piece for the rest (minus universal transformations)😮💨
did you know that tien when someone is above tien he does a different tri beam attack where he does it with one hand but only when someone is above him

I learned this fact it's not anything special but all around conton city has different sounds for example the shop and parallel quest area will have lots of chatter and city sounds but by the area where you find tien(custom partner) it has more country sounds and its different all around conton city just turn off the music too hear it!
