Yes, I do both... I love to use an entire paper pad when I have ephemera... or I want to use up a kit... and when I am just creating for a specific person, or just having fun, I use paper by the sheet or printed... and I love watching the mass-produced cards... It is very relaxing.
I use about half the paper pad at a time until I get tired of looking at it, then I put it away for another time. I would love to see you use the older sketches - you tweaks always make the sketches a bit easier to use! These Doodlebug cards are so cute! I think you could use pumpkins on your cards even if you don't have Thanksgiving.
These are great! I wasn't really in love with the Sheetload sketch for this month but seeing this, I have a ton of paper pads for kids that this would work perfectly for. Thanks!
I just came to your question about using a full paper pad at once, and my answer is YES! I love doing that! I pull all the matching cardstock out at once and then work through the pad using different sketches. I don’t do it all in one sitting, but I DO use up one pad before moving on. I find it very satisfying. Especially if it’s a SU coordinating stamp/die/pattern paper/ribbon/embellishment set. That way I get the full experience and the can sell or donate the stamp/die set and move on to new things. In a craft room FULL of unfinished projects, I get so much satisfaction from “crossing one of my list” so to speak :). Love your videos and the ideas you share, BTW
Lately I’ve been using one 6x6 at a time. I find a simple sketch and go through it. Love having the matching ephemera and stickers to match. I have a show coming up May 11 and I have a lot of cards and paper crafting to get done. So I’m able to get a lot done at one time. Thanks for sharing! Always love your videos 😊❤

Wonderful!! Yes, I generally use up one paper pad and ephemera before moving onto the next. The Doodlebug packs have so many pieces ! I love them but had to stop buying the chitchat because I couldn’t use it all up and kept wanting to buy another image pack and another paper pad, trying to finish them. I used this collection with previous Sheetloads a few months ago, so cute, and fun to create little critter friend clusters. Def happy to see you do a “rewind” like Alicia does, especially if you can convert 12x12 ones for 6x6 like this.
The cards are adorable. I’d love to see you using some of the oldest sheetloads. I only found sheetloads a year or so ago, so there are many that I missed out on. I’ve look at many of the older ones though.
I have a difficult time staying with a paper pad until it's done as my pads are usually 12 by 12. I use the 6 by 6 sparingly. I also get tired of a specific theme or color scheme so need a break or I need to make a different type of card (Birthday instead of Christmas) for donation. I love watching other people get through a whole pad because it satisfies my need to see it finished when I don't do it myself!
I try to use a whole pad because I donate the cards. I love your videos, they are so helpful for bulk card making. I also use templates from JessCrafts & Crafty Al.
I absolutely love doodlebug because everything goes together so seamlessly. Your sentiments are terrific. In my non- crafty days that I just don’t feel like crafting, I print sentiments with a laser printer in case I want to foil them for a project. Or I will take a bunch of scrap paper and punch or die cut out shapes and put them in pockets for later use. Love your channel!!!
More and more I am trying to use up sets. I have soooo much stuff I forget what I have so I want to use what I have before I buy any more. Great set of cards
I am trying to smash some stash lately, so I've been doing projects with entire pads or kits. I like these type videos especially to learn the thought process. You do that well.
These cards are so cute! I would like to see you use some of the older sheetloads. I have tried to use a whole paper pack at once but I get bored about halfway through and have to move on to something else. I also use multiple card sketches/templates so that there is more variety.
Great cards! I really enjoyed this sketch. Yes, I use the older sketches and yes and use up single pads for projects all the time. Even 12x12. I’m a mass producer, like yourself 😁. With the 12x12 packs I usually use multiple Sheetloads to finish the whole pack.
Very cute cards today! I think you could have used the trees with that cute owl pattern. I usually don't use up a paper pad at a time. mostly because I use 12x12 paper pads and my 6x6 paper pads are Mintay or other really specific patterns that I love and make for the special cards. I do like to make cards like the ones you made today when I'm creating cards to give to family and friends for the holidays and I need 20 or more. TFS❤
Love these cards! I have the same paper pack and emphera, but they are still too precious to use😂. I sometimes do use up an entire paper pack in one project, and sometimes also just with one sketch like you did in this video. Hail to bulk card making! I would love to see some retro sheetload card videos. I want to use a whole paper pad but am trying to work through some of my individual 12x12 patterned papers. I think future me would try to use a whole paper pad.
Hi Ashleigh, I just luve your "Sheetload of Cards" series.....but I have some questions to ask you please.....Do you donate your all of your cards.. and if you do to whom.....As our card bases here in Aussie Land are different to USA... Ashleigh do you, and how do you, re - alter Alicia's measurement to fit our card bases.......do you have a tutorial on that...... if you don't could you do one please..... I used to do scrapbooking......sooo I have wayyyy too much 12 x 12 and 6 x 6 paper pads🤦♀🤦♀🤦♀🤣🤣🤣that I would really like to start using them with Alicia's Sheetload of Cards.......
