If you need a set of valve guides or seal. I know a guy here in my home town that has done lots of work or those style heads and motors in the 80s and through the 90s and still has some of those parts

Is the Pontiac heads after the bow tie heads?

If I remember I THINK the bow tie cast iron heads were used until the mid 80s then the GM teams went to the Pontiac Aluminum heads and I think next was the 18 degree aluminum Chevy heads. If this is correct lol

Yes but you need to ad a lubricant to it.
