Paul I really like the demonstration of that chair we purchased the titan from you little over two years ago and it is a awesome machine we love every bit of it but at some point in time we may be needing something more like the chair you just demonstrated
It’s a good starting point with a lot of pros. If they could just address a couple of things: 1) body adjustments (you can tell the demonstrator is too tall for the chair and he looks like he’s been ‘stuffed’ into it). 2) more stability (needs more robust wheels or a deeper camber), 3) width adjustments and 4) you DO need user feedback - it’s the word of mouth that will keep your product in business
Hello MrsHolsy, Great feedback. I was the demonstrator, and despite appearances, I do not and did not feel stuffed into the chair. There is 18" of space between the armrests, which is sufficient for my 6 220 lbs frame. I'm not sure of you are an actual customer and that is the basis of your feedback, or just making judgments based on what you have observed, without driving the chair. There are other foldable chairs available with larger rear wheels and different specifications. What our customer value most about the Matrix is how light the chair is, the way the motors are geared for torque and the small features to make the drive comfortable. Again, thank you for your opinions.
I wish there were more reviews and videos from actual people who have bought this chair.. Worried about the durability with it being so new.. and especially seeing the pics drop nearly in half..
Hello Larry, Thank you for the comment. The Matrix is made from Carbon Fiber, so it is very strong. Holds up to 300 lbs. We started with a limited edition specialty chair, the "Midnight Fibers" color. Those sold out quickly and will not be produced again. That is why the price was higher than it currently is for the Silver and Blue Matrix chairs in stock. In the coming months, we will have Red, Yellow as well. The Matrix is popular and we have a difficult time keeping up with demand.
@@QuickNMobile You say that they are so popular.. Yet like I said, I can’t find ANY videos or reviews from actual customers who have bought your chair.. Only videos I’m finding are from the DME companies selling them..
Hello Larry, there are only two companies who have the Matrix. As a company, we believe in the concept of "Quiet Enjoyment" once a chair has been purchased. In other words, we do not pester our customers with requests for videos. We do not pander for testimonials either. If someone wants to provide testimony on their own, we are happy, and we do not publish all our testimonials. We are an American company, all inventory is here in the US and we provide full support via phone and email. Sight unseen online shopping is not for everyone, so we understand your position too.

What people really want to know is how long will the chair last. This is a lot of money for electrical foldable wheelchairs and most people can't buy a new one every year. Quality is most important. If it doesn't work what use is it? Sadly the warranties are very limited in time.
Depends on how it is taken care of. Some chairs last 10-15 years, some 2-4 years. It its abused it will not last as long. This goes for anything affected by entropy.

I would like to purchase the Matrix,, your website says mid Oct for delivery. Is this accurate? I called your 800 number and they said Jan 2023. Which date is most realistic? Thanks
Hello John, Thank you for your comment. You would have to put the chair first in freewheel mode so it can move when it is closed. If the motors are locked (power wheelchair mode) they will not move. To keep the Martix closed, or any foldable wheelchair closed a velcro strap is recommended. We will make videos of this in the future.
