Do you mean first time mums or mums giving birth vaginaly for the first time. I cant do the raspberry leaf tea because of emergency c-section last pregnancy adm dont think i can do the dates because of Gestational diabetes 😢

Going into my 34 weeks im so misereble in this pregnancy I cannot wait for baby to be here everything hurts.
