ahuuuliana there’s a conservative estimate of a 50% chance of some type of water damage. That isn’t the biggest problem. The residual water absorbed by the carpet is breeding ground for mold. As if that weren’t bad enough, even a dry basement with carpet traps all types of toxins and pollutants. Carpet is cozy but not worth the trouble. 😅🖤👌😘
Only 1 bath?..there should be a full bath upstairs..no one wants to wake up in middle of night as nd have to walk down stairs to piss or else..and if your sick? This house is not user friendly..its just very bland..
