Again very goods video everything explanation is perfect. i like everything specially mandir and car parking space etc. your talent and hardworking super sir. please make a video of low cost construction and interior designing also including all things in budget of 50 to 70 lakh. minimum space above 100gaj. Please design a 900sq feet ( 22.5 × 40 )modern house under Rs 5 M . Requirements: 1. No rent purpose 2. Ground floor completely empty for clinic and parking purpose 3. 3 BHK 4. Seperate toilet for each bedroom 5. Walk in closets wherever possible 6. Joint living room and dinning area (tv visible from dinning area and dinning table not in front of main door) 7. 30 by 33 east facing. Ground floor- Parking, small 1bhk, 1shop ( for rent purpose ) For owner- First floor 2 bhk according to vastu shastra. (Hall, kitchen, OTS, common toilet, 2 bedrooms.) 2nd floor 1 master bedroom with walk in closet. And bar section in terece.

You should have common toilet on 2nd floor too instead of creating master bed room And revise layout of 2nd bedroom on 1st floor near common toilet We should maintain privacy of aligning bed inside any bedroom Change location of bed in it
