Matty gets big bucks being smarter than A JOHNS. One played footy, the other made numbers up lol ❤ Why would he coach? Best Job in the game / media, for unfortunately, putting shit on poor parra, dogs fan Hindmarsh lol His family should love him hard, giving them careers,! Keep up the great work Matty! Dave Groul says hi 😂 From my Sister 😂
i love Matty when he is being his natural funny self but it’s really refreshing hearing him talk actual footy without any of the gags going on, he has a really high footy IQ that gets lost in the fox persona
Really like the format of the show where yous both picked a side and had excellent talking points for both sides As a knights fan you hit the nail on the head with that "kaylyn is the cherry on top not the cake" chat Matty, great yarn men well done Go the knights 🔴🔵
love this best footy podcast since the ones he used to do with kenty and blocker would love to hear the boys talk more footy like iconic games and stuff like that
I want to say can we have this for all the finals games coming up? Love the way Matty (and Coop) breakdown teams against teams, could start next weeks episode off with a few play breakdowns and key moments from this weekends finals games?
Ohh coops, you said munny will be rested after having the game against the cowboys off… he played that one 🤣🤣🤣 All jokes aside, absolutely loved this content, matty you’re a wizard when it comes to breaking down the game and where teams should attack. Loved it boys.
Dad's right about the Bulldogs. The intelligence of the GM of Football, as well as the Coach and the Captain of this side will have a plan similar to Matty's. And Critta's ability to step up in the games he WANTS to win. In the final 20 minutes of last year's grand final - Nathan didn't turn that game - Stephen Crichton did from centre and then Nathan took it on, as number 7 and captain. (Why were they behind ? Nathan.) The Bulldogs v Raiders game in front of a full house at Belmore, Critta's opening try and the roar of the crowd. His run from right centre across to left centre, caught the ball and passes to the winning try scorer. As Captain he WANTED to win that particular game.
Great episode guys and enjoyed the concept of highlighting key players, strengths and weaknesses and ultimately sharing thoughts on where it will be won or lost. Am a recent subscriber and have enjoyed the latest episodes with Madge and Ciro... Keep up the impressive work, would love to interviews with former greats of the game (coaches, players and officials possibly). Would also think it would be fun to have the fans be able to contribute some questions / topics for discussion. Great stuff lads.
Everyone reverts back to 'No Hynes/Trindall' in that Rd 10 game. No Hughes/Coates/Paps either and then Sharks levelled up right on HT after Grant got put in the bin for the most laughable binning of the year.
Would love to know how andrew and matty went against each other when they were younger in the backyard as kids was joey already so gifted or was matty a better player in the backyard always thought about how they grew up playing against each other in the backyard
