Please I have some questions regarding this 1) For the buffer type plan, we have some mixing between the “hazardous pumped fluid” and the buffer fluid , the mix will definitively leak out, this contradicts the fact we don’t want the pumped hazardous fluid to leak out in the first place, I don’t see the purpose of using buffer plan instead of pressurized barrier plans 2) Are we always using a quench for the atmospheric side? Can’t we just have flushing and barrier fluids? 3) as I understand from your schematic, we have Plan 11 ( Process side), plan 52 (buffer) and plan 62 (quench) , all together at the same time, right?
