I tried this one for the first time this morning and found it a good way to start my day. I was a little wobbly standing on one leg during the balance portion, but I was able to hold my pose through all 10 seconds without holding on to anything; I did the beginner (ankle) level of the tree pose with sneakers on, but I may try one of the more advanced levels another time without shoes. I did the cardio at a pretty fast pace -- not sure if it counted as HIIT level or not. I agree with Aiko that holding the weights during balance-challenging moves in the strength portion seemed to aid my stability. The stretches felt sooo good after the rest of the workout! Also, I really like your bright orange top, April, and it was delightful to see Mochi so active and playful in this video! (Sept. 1, 2023)

I loved this workout. I have not exercised for over a month. I have a frozen shoulder which has me in excruciating pain. Cannot unhook my bra. Got an injection from my Orthopaedic Doctor which has got me experiencing menopausal symptoms once again after 9 years. So 2nd time. Hopefully it will not last 2 years like the 1st time. Got a frozen shoulder the 1st time which healed with exercise I believe. And now the other shoulder. Trying to do the therapy by myself but it hurts so much. Anyway, I just want to thank you for this. Hopefully this is my comeback.

What I love about your routines, April, is that they're innovative. This All-In-One Workout had many novel moves which delighted me. I hunger for change and with all the 123 choices you have on You Tube, I'm like a kid in a candy store! I enjoyed this set up, and surprised myself that the relatively easy moves caught me off guard making me hesitate before I was able to "get it." Mochi was a welcome addition, and Aiko really held her own. I admire you, Aiko, very much. As for the attempted fly killing...I abhor killing anything, but flies land on all manner of things, if you get my drift, so for sanitary purposes, I do go after them with my fly swatter. I just found you folks, and I love what you do! I've shared your channel with family and friends because it is so helpful and respectful toward people of differing abilities. I may choose to lift heavier, repeat a segment, or move a little faster (because I can), or I may choose to do it as presented based on how I feel that day. I have loved ones who will need to start off in a chair and use no weight or very little weight, some whose level of fitness is higher than mine, and some who are between us. It works great because we can do the same workout without a ton of explaining or needing a lot of room. Thank you both!!

I've been doing these for a few weeks. I am 60 and have 12 two-year olds in my class. I'm finding I can do their "Shake Your Sillies Out and other active videos with them better than I used to. Some of the overhead exercises or arm circles, I have to do a bit different because they make my neck hurts. Apparently my neck has an improper curve to it from some childhood injury where it must have been thrown forward --that's what my Chiropractor thinks anyway. But most everything else I am doing pretty well. Certainly need to stay active to keep up with 12 two-year ols😂

Hi April, Aiko and Mochi! I loved this workout. With a person with balance issues and usually unexpected. It's important to strengthen the whole body and balance. I had a bad fall last week while out hiking and I beleive my injuries could have been much worse if I hadn't been working out and getting stronger after each MS relapse or flair. You guys keep me going and encouraged and even smiling while working out. Honestly you give me a reason to keep coming back. To everybody watching 👀 it's so important to stay or get stronger and more balanced to help prevent injury or to not be injured as badly. Thanks April and Aiko Sending big hugs 🫂 🤗 💖 🐾🐈

I do a yes2nxt work out every am except 1 day.. Love to be able to mix it up. I have exercised my lifetime with various types. I am 73 now & love this the one this best. Hubby says I meet with Gramma every am while he goes for his 3 mile walk

I love your workouts and do them regularly. Just one question, I used to do quite a bit of yoga and I thought, with the tree pose, you can place your foot at the ankle, the calf or the thigh but not the knee. Maybe my teacher was over cautious, what do you think? 😊
Thank you so very much for your warm welcoming smiles and great workouts!! My only comment is when you said it's "ok to place a foot at the opposite knee" (in Tree Pose/ Vrksasana). We were taught to Never press on a joint and, therefore, I always cue "place the sole of your foot on the opposite calf." It fits so well! The balance in Tree Pose, as well as the external rotation of the hip on the bent knee side, can be challenging but very rewarding. Again thank you BOTH for sharing your fabulous videos. Stay well.
