Used to do this workout in middle school, good times. I’d be one of the kids who would fully complete it with no mods and people thought I was crazy lol.

very energetic and awesome running work out!! I have been training for 6 weeks now because on thanksgiving I'm running my first 5k Yaayyy ( but weather doesn't allow me to be outside anymore) so, how many times a week should I do this work out in order to be ready? Big thanks!

Thanks for this, really love it. I'm a 10k runner, I would love some replacement exercise for when it's snowing and slippery outdoors. Would be great to have some kind of 10k running equivalent on here that I can do from my home in front of the tv. Greetings from the Netherlands! Have a great Christmas!
