I’m not pregnant but after my second baby I’ve been so lazy to exercise and listening to you talk has motivated me to get my health back. I want energy, vitality and to be pain free. And I know improving my lifestyle is the key. Thank you and I hope the last few weeks are just as enjoyable as the past trimesters have been.
I'm 2 weeks postpartum with my first but I only gained 20lbs (5'8, 135lbs pre pregnancy). I went into labor naturally and baby boy was born at 38wk 0 days at 7lb 2oz. After the morning sickness in the first trimester things were relatively easy. I've been exclusively breastfeeding and am at my pre pregnancy weight again with a huge appetite. I've never had so much focus on my weight by other people (everyone other than my doctor) than when I was pregnant and these past two weeks. I wish you and baby the best!
Wow I’ve been watching your channel for quite some time and your channel gives me hope to be a faithful wife to my husband.I’m currently in my early twenties and just engaged. I’m excited for my new season with my future husband. We will start our journey together soon. Congratulations on your fifth baby! 🎉
I am on my third pregnancy currently and working out this time has actually lessened all my pesky symptoms (even first trimester nausea!). At first I thought maybe a coincidence but after this video I am excited to continue being healthier as this pregnancy continues, and with future babies as well! Thanks for a fun video!
I started taking NeoLife during this pregnancy and my energy level has been so high! I’ve felt so great. I’d love to hear your postpartum supplement routine!
I have three little ones (1,3,5) and am pregnant with my 4th. How do you find time for a 3 mile walk. I love walking but my husband leaves for work at 6 and at least one of my kiddos is up at that time too so morning is not an option. Do you do it with your kids? Do you do it after they are in bed?
I can relate to feeling pregnant for so long after a loss. We lost our daughter around 20 weeks (I found out and delivered her at 24 weeks) and then after going through postpartum, got pregnant again a couple months later. Our rainbow baby was born almost exactly one year later
ma'am I am as pregnant as you are with #4 and I gained so much, my back hurts, am so tired. LOL - you are such a super mom ! Love it. I also feel like I'm going to be pregnant forever at this point. I watch you consistently enough and show my husband your videos and now ( I can't remember what) but I did something new and my husband said " Did Katie say to do that?" and at first I was like .. what ? and then I realized he was talking about you LOL. Thank you for always being gracious to share your life with us. Praying for a continued smooth and healthy pregnancy and delivery.
I know what you mean about being pregnant for a year!! I had a miscarriage at about 9 weeks and immediately got pregnant afterwards. I’m 30 weeks right now and my last two babies were 41+ weeks when they were born so I’ve still got a while to go. Thanks for the encouragement about eating healthy. We moved a month ago and my diet has been BAD since then and I need to get back on track especially since my last baby was 10.7 😅
Yes! I’m sorry for your loss. You can do it mama 💛 I’ve been there too. Had a miscarriage at 10 weeks and then got pregnant a month and a half later. Fast forward three years and we ended up having 3 girls back to back. Our oldest was just turned 2.5 with the third girl arrived. I’ve been pregnant forever 😂 3 months since the littlest girl arrived and it’s sooo freeing to have energy and be free haha
I’m so encouraged watching this video. I just had a great delivery for my healthy boy at 41 weeks and 5 days. Praise the Lord it went well. However I felt awful during this pregnancy with contractions on and off for the last 6 weeks, pelvic pin, extreme fatigue, and third trimester nausea. I didn’t even want to think about having more kids in the future (3 boys under 4 now) but knowing how much of a difference working out and diet helped I’m encouraged by the possibility if it’s God’s will.
Hey Katie! I learned how to sleep train from your video for our 3rd, and it's been amazing! Thank you so much for that. Just in case you are interested in exploring. You mentioned that you sort of gave up carbs to focus on protein. You may want to learn about fiber and it's role from a book "Fibre Fueled." You'll learn that fibre from plants allows our good bacteria to produce SCFAs which are the most anti-inflammatory things we could possibly expose our bodies to (to say the least about them.) So avoiding carbs means avoiding this incredible thing. But there is tons more to learn. I am a mama of 3, whole food plant based pregnancies and kids (and husband), with focus on the microbiome. You certainly don't need to be vegan, (think mediterranean diet) but plant fibre is like this miracle, the more of it the better.
Thank you being an example of having lots of kids and keeping your health. I’m pregnant with my 7th, and I’ve found it more difficult to lose weight after the last two, mostly age related I believe. Because it’s been so hard and haven’t completely lost that last 15, I’m being very careful this time around instead of just dealing with it after. Thank you for giving me ideas and hope it can be done.
Hmm. I’ve missed a lot. I still thought you were on baby #4. 😂 I was originally subscribed to your Now that I’m a Mother channel. It’s good see your family doing well. Take care and god bless.
Currently 36.4 weeks pregnant with baby 7! My due date is the 31st of this month. I’m not an early deliverer😂 so I might have some weeks left. My longest time overdue was 9 days and I can tell ya…feels like you’re staying pregnant forever🤣
My mom said that she started to have back pain a few months ago (she’s in her mid-50’s) and heard that it could be from inflammation. She learned that intermittent fasting helps reduce inflammation, so she started a 14-ish hour fast every day. Her back pain completely went away! I wonder if that’s why your back pain has been less severe this pregnancy, Katie! Just food for thought. 😉
New subscriber! Wow this video gives me so much hope! Im currently on my 6th pregnancy but 4th baby. We lost two babies in a row one at 18weeks and one at 10weeks. All of my pregnancies have been so hard. This gives me so much hope that diet, exercise etc is the best thing and I’m going to work on that. Thank you!
I'm so happy for you! I bet your positive changes in diet over the last year has impacted your positive pregnancy experience? You guys are so cute! Katie, you are completely glowing! Praying all continues to goes well!
I had a very similar experience with my 3rd baby. she was the easiest pregancy, but I didnt have alot of contractions and was like you worried she wouldnt come out soon enough. I went to 41weeks.
