I don't know what at test pipes are those. They were already installed in the car when I bought it. But if it helps, they have resonators in them. Sorry for the late answer!
Honestly, I didn't felt any different with that exhaust compared to the factory muffler. I bought the car with deleted catalytic converters(test pipes), wich are probably the biggest restriction in the oem exhaust system if you don't take the piping diameter into consideration. I haven't tuned the car at all wich according to the "internet tuners" is where you see the biggest gains in power increase.
