All those prs make me excited to train. Also very hyped for those elbow sleeves hopefully they will be out before my next competition so I can finally hit 100kg.

They are an absolute cheat code! 10kg more compared to without should be possible

Great video coach! Great PRs! I saw also that you have started doing deadlifts back. How do you manage deadlifts volume with the rest of pulling exercises (MU and Chin up)? And also, do you see any benefits in doing conventionat deadlifts for a streetlifting athlete?

For me it’s just squat assistance pretty. I don’t lift too heavy. I do hinging work 2x a week but just to support the squat. 1x deadlift, 1x back extension

The dip is just 5 repetitions and is there any supplementary exercises needed

Hey man just recently found your channel im 18, I do weighted calisthenics along with weight training but, I grow/like weighted calisthenics a lot more and I’m tying to get stronger on my dips, chin-ups, and pull ups. Currently PR at 2 plates for dips and around 60-65lbs pr on chin-ups. How can I get more weight on these exercises? I cut down Weight on my exercises and I’m going for more reps, some days I switch to non weighted and I go fit high reps. Is this a good approach? I workouts 3 times a week, currently doing full body but the days on between I can still do rings dips/ any type of pull-up/ chin up. Any type of advice?

If i had to say just get more familiar with the movement idk if you want the build muscle or strength either way do 6-8 rep for 3-5sets and focus on technique
@BigG627

@@steelgam2135 mainly both, but I’d say more strength would mean more muscle anyways

I think that if you want some progress without thinking too much you could get his program. It's probably a really good one

@@MichaSchulz I'm Vietnamese so I speak English quite poorly. I have a competition this July so I'm looking for a lesson plan to practice.
