The only measurement that truly matters is the 6 7/8” from the end of the lug. We just bring one strand up from the concentric for the bleeder.

The semi con cutback is wrong. At 4:10 you can the instructions showing you your semi con cutback is made off the top of your lug. Hence you gotta install your lug before you mark your semi con. Otherwise nice prep work, but read those instructions twice before you cut.
