Learning everything is good brother. But if you ask me. I would ask you to go with JavaScript first and build some apps with vanilla Javascript. (Vanilla is nothing but core pure javascript). Once you are familiar with it. You can proceed forward and learn Jquery, AJAX and so on.
Just skip it bro, you can learn it after learning basic concepts. Try to observe, if u can't understand even, no issues. Proceed and learn other concepts.
