Can you use this to face the phone forward to take videos of your bike ride. I want to take time lapse videos and looking for a bike mount for that purpose.
Yes, you can do that. If you look closely at 08:00 you will see that the camera is free of obstructions so the frame won't block the view. I am not sure how the footage will look like tho, because of the vibrations. I mean, you can tighten the screw as good as possible on the handlebars and do a test run while filming, look at the footage afterwards and see if you have any vibrations in the video. Have fun!
