skiing is easy and fun as fuck, i think if more people knew how easy it was they'd be more into it. First time I did it I was going 70 miles an hour down the side of a mountain, fuck that snowplow bullshit, you just skid to the side if you wanna stop. Seriously if you get a chance to do it and go down a bunny hill or whatever you'll immediately realize that you actually have traction, its just a different kind. After that you'll just instantly go to the much bigger stuff and have a blast. Its a crazy ass feeling to go that fast and realize you have nothing between you like a car or something. And hes right about how warm you get when doing it, skiing in jeans sucks cause it freezes easy but shit you can wear a light jacket and a hat and be good to go. Never used poles though, they threw me off big time, way easier to ski without them
