Blu is a motivational speaker, artist, musician & host of the Deja Blu Podcast with over 4 million listeners worldwide, interviewing some of the most prolific spiritual leaders of our generation. This process has taken her into the realm of shamanic healing, plant medicine & re-negotiating her relationship to fear. The “why” which fuels her work is a soul-mission to set herself free & inspire others to do the same.
