No because chlorine is very harmful to your hair. They use chlorine to clean the pool, I know that but it can cause hair loss and other stuff like that :/. Swimming caps are to protect your hair from stuff like that and even if you wear a swimming cap, your hair will get wet

at 7:35, this is so frikken annoying watching this as a competitive swimmer. The hack they showed only has a 1/16 chance of working (my friend and I tried it out and that was the result). Plus when it does, it usually won't cover your hair properly. Here are some tips from my teammates and I: 1. Get a silicone cap because the latex ones are harder to use. If you only have a latex cap, it's fine. 2. Get someone to help you. Even a lifegaurd. 3. Hold the front of your cap to your forehead 4. The other person then needs to stretch the cap and quickly pull the cap over all your hair and down toward the bottom of your neck. And tuck in any excess hair. Practice these steps with someone, and after a while, you should be able to cap yourself!
