370z Tomei Exhaust with ISR Longtube headers and circuit werks Resonated Y-Pipe

What is up youtube, i have another install video for you guys today. I swapped out my HBP Resonated Y-Pipe for a Circuit Werks Resonated Y-Pipe. Did it to solve my fitment issues and exaust leaks. Helped clean up the sound and it doesnt drone that bad. If you guys want sound clips on the fwy or cruising around the city let me know in the comments and i'll make it a separate video. The y-pipe actually had good fitment and the merge looked pretty decent. If you want to get one check out Circuit Werks!

I have isr long tube headers, isr y pipe and Tomei. I just installed these parts 2 days ago and it’s too loud. Looking to buy a resonated y pipe to help with the sound and rasp. Would you say that this y pipe would drop my noise by 20% or less?

not by much bro, the tomei is loud af, I had that set up with resonated y pipe and the sound is a lil cleaner rasp wise. but it's still dummy loud. i switched to isr and it's perfect.

Does the Circuit Werks Resonated Y pipe not make a 370z version? Or is the 350Z version fit the 370z? Looking for a resonated y pipe for my 350Z Tomei

I don't believe they make a 370z version. however the 350z version fit my 370z. I just heat wrapped to avoid rattle because it would get close to the brace

I have a 370z with isr headers and I'm looking for an exhaust that's loud but one that isn't louder then a damn jet any recommendations for what exhaust to get?

longtube headers and a tomei you'll get pulled over it's only a matter of time. for max gains tomei, for good sound and decent gains motordyne.

Is it quieter now with the resonated Y-pipe? Thinking of getting the Tomei, but not trying to make peoples ears bleed lmao.

Tomei is loud regardless, get art pipes, or resonated test pipes, helps quiet it done. and additional resonated y pipe will help with drone so you can bear it. but this exhaust is the loudest for the 370z/g37 etc. but to answer ur question yes it is quieter with a resonator but not by a crazy amount.

By moving it back 3inches did you still use the same rubber hanger mount on the mid pipe on the tomei?

@@crisgomez-mora9258 I wasn't able to, I ended up ordering some bigger rubber hangers so they would reach but it wouldn't sit as high, I ordered them off of ebay they were some generic extensions

@@HirschPower 🤷‍♂️ohhh and I put the badges on cuz I have the kit, wanted to complete the look, I don't have it all red like they normally are mine is blue on it. Gave all the badging my own twist. But end of the day I can mod it how I please. And the headers did make a difference but nothing crazy imo. You can only make so much power NA. E85 was the best mod imo for power.

@@HirschPower I went for a dyno tune but ended up getting a street tune because the dyno was acting up. So I'm not sure what power I'm at. I've ran cars that make between 320-330 and have good runs with them. Ppl say sauls dyno reads low tho, and other dynos read high so I'm not infatuated with a number. car runs strong 💪so I'm happy.
