Used to know the previous owners before it was put up for listing. They had a second guest house and as cool as it seems to have a point l it has its drawbacks. House had to constantly go under construction bc of the pool rotting wood. They had a lot of art that was very expensive and many of the paintings came close to being damaged. Most of the time the pool was boarded up to save the house. Cool toilets tho.... I miss that place.
