37508 Makes its MAINLINE Return! SADLY I MISSED it due to a DELAYED departure! with 37418 18/04/24

Great news that 37508 makes a mainline return today and leaves Nemesis Rail at Burton. Sadly - I missed the loco leaving as the booked 12:30 departure time was missed and I had to leave before it departed.
See 37508 stabled on the depot, looking great in it's amazing Railfreight grey colour scheme. Watch as 37418 is seen arriving at Burton from Derby RTC before making it's way onto the depot for a photoshoot side by side with 37508.
It looked like some sort of issue on 37508 has being worked on which meant the departure time was delayed by approx 90 mins..
Here's a look at what happened before the locos left for the return trip back to Derby RTC.

Fantastic livery, love all these 80s and 90s liveries coming back. Arguably British Rail knew how to do some good liveries back then. Large logo works well on most and I agree most modern private liveries look pants. Especially on old locomotives. Especially like what GBRF are doing in bringing back heritage liveries.

It’s there company colours, it no different than DRS or Colas putting Class 37s in their livery in my opinion.

@@keitheglon fair enough but in my opinion i like it, atleast it’s different there are still atleast six class 37s in Large Logo livery although it is decreasing as 3 have been repainted into different liveries since December.
